These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which AK US LLC is registered and delivers its services. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from services provided will be resolved in the state and federal courts of that jurisdiction, unless a different forum is required by applicable consumer protection law.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of this website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, related accounts or systems, nor interfere with the normal operation of the Site.

3. Intellectual property

All content published on the Site — text, logos, images, layout — is protected by applicable US copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and is owned by AK US LLC or duly licensed. Reproduction, redistribution or use of this content without prior written authorization is prohibited, except for brief references with attribution and hyperlink to the original page.

4. Services and scope

This Site does not constitute an offer to provide any specific game, event or product. Walk-in play is available at posted pricing at the venue; event bookings (birthday parties, corporate events, tournaments) are confirmed in a written event agreement before the event date describing venue area reserved, headcount, duration, catering options where applicable, price, deposit and cancellation terms; retail sales are receipted at the point of sale with sales tax collected per applicable state and local rates. AK US LLC operates under NAICS 713120 (Amusement Arcades) as its primary code with NAICS 459120 (Hobby, Toy, and Game Stores) covering the retail component, holding state and local business licenses and amusement device permits or registrations as required by the jurisdiction where the venue is located, and a Certificate of Occupancy for the venue. WE ARE NOT a casino, gaming establishment or gambling operator — no game at our venue offers monetary prizes, cash equivalents, chips redeemable for cash or wagered entry pools; our operation does not qualify as gambling under the federal Wire Act, the Illegal Gambling Business Act, or applicable state anti-gambling statutes, because no wager of money or thing of value is placed to play, no monetary or monetary-equivalent prize is offered, and redemption tickets earned in redemption games are exchanged only for on-site merchandise from our prize counter; WE ARE NOT a sportsbook or sports-betting operator — sports wagering requires a state sports-wagering license (Nevada, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Colorado and many others) and is outside our scope; WE ARE NOT an operator of skill-based gambling machines with monetary payouts — states that authorize such machines (Illinois Video Gaming Terminals, Louisiana truck-stop gaming and equivalents) require state gaming licenses we do not hold and do not operate under; WE ARE NOT a state lottery agent — lottery ticket sales require appointment from the state lottery commission; WE ARE NOT an internet cafe operating a sweepstakes or promotional-drawing model — such operations have been the subject of state enforcement actions in Florida, Ohio and elsewhere as unlawful gambling; WE DO NOT SERVE ALCOHOL without a state Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license — where alcohol service is offered at a location we operate, that location holds the required on-premises license and complies with responsible-service and age-verification requirements; WE ARE NOT a restaurant or bar as a primary activity (NAICS 722511/722410); WE ARE NOT an amusement park with rides (NAICS 713110); WE ARE NOT a bowling center (NAICS 713950), a movie theater (NAICS 512131) or a family fun center with primary go-kart/bumper-boat/water attractions; WE ARE NOT an esports team, league or tournament operator awarding cash prize purses — our in-store tournaments offer only store merchandise, gift cards redeemable in-store, or trophies; WE ARE NOT an online gaming, online casino or fantasy-sports platform; WE ARE NOT a video game developer or publisher (NAICS 511210); WE ARE NOT an electronic game manufacturer (NAICS 334310); WE ARE NOT a toy manufacturer (NAICS 339930); and WE ARE NOT a legal, accounting, insurance or financial services provider. For any of the above, guests are referred to appropriately licensed operators, professionals or firms. Our operations are conducted in compliance with applicable US laws and industry standards, including state and local amusement device laws and permits, state anti-gambling laws under which we operate strictly as amusement with no monetary or monetary-equivalent prizes, ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board) rating conventions posted at play stations and applied to age-restricted content at retail, ADA Title III public accommodations standards, local zoning ordinances and Certificate of Occupancy, local fire marshal inspection, NFPA fire codes and posted occupancy limits, music licensing through ASCAP, BMI, SESAC and GMR where applicable, state and local sales tax collected on retail sales, PCI DSS for card-present payment processing, state and federal employment laws including FLSA wage and hour requirements, commercial general liability and workers compensation insurance maintained in force, and applicable federal and state truthful advertising standards enforced by the FTC and state attorneys general.

5. Confidentiality and data

In the course of providing services, we may collect and process information related to the client's cadastre, service address, site access routines (schedules, keys, alarm codes, gate access), preferences (approved products, restricted areas, presence of pets or children when voluntarily disclosed) and service invoicing documentation. Such information is handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable US privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) where applicable, and is treated as confidential and accessed only as necessary to perform the services under contract.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site itself. Availability of specific games, cabinets, simulators, retail titles or event packages is subject to change without notice; game inventory rotates as new titles are released and older equipment is retired. Warranties on new retail merchandise are provided by the manufacturer per the manufacturer's stated terms; pre-owned merchandise is sold subject to the return/exchange policy posted at the point of sale. Any statutory consumer protection rights that apply to retail sales are not affected by this disclaimer.

7. Changes to these terms

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AK US LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this Site. Liability arising from the provision of services is governed by the specific terms of the estimate or contract executed with each client and by applicable federal and state consumer protection laws — including the right to redress for defective service, timely completion within the agreed scope, and truthful disclosure of service characteristics as required by the FTC and state consumer protection statutes.
